I’m a composer, producer and musician based in Stockholm, Sweden.
My background is rock’n’roll. That’s where I learned to play, express myself and to groove. I was a multi-instrumentalist early on, which led me to develop an interest in composing. The first digital music I made were polyphonic ringtones, because that was the only way for me to put my own music into my phone. These simple but crazy MIDI tunes eventually got me into a composing school.
Influences from many different genres can be heard in the music I make. There tends to be an emphasis on strong melodies and rhythms with colorful harmonies, usually with a certain degree of playfulness.
Throughout the years I have composed for video games, short films, ads, trailers, bands, chamber ensembles, orchestras, solo instruments and choirs. I write scores and produce music, often blending acoustic and electronic sounds.
In addition to the piano, I also sing and play guitar, bass and drums, and I dabble with many more. I have performed with rock bands, jazz orchestras, classical ensembles, vocal groups, and with improv theater companies as an improvising musician.
